"The Bucket List"

After the meeting for all ministers -- I was amazed it turned out to be "Church and Parachurch" again -- I went to watch the movie with Rika and Fifi. During the meeting, the three giants of parachurches (US-based and US-originated) CCC, IVCF, and Navigator were highlighted. And after that, I went to the cinema, watching the American movie, seeing another portrait of America from which those giants come... I had to switch my mind-focus (heavily affected by the meeting just few minutes earlier) to concentrate my mind in seeing the movie... ^_____________^ ">http:// Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman were diagnosed with cancer... and they only had 6 months-1 year to live. They spent time travelling and doing things they wanted to, before they died -- they wrote a wish-list, before they kick the bucket... Facing the end of their lives, they did talk about death. Freeman said that he only has faith. While Nicholson... he's more... he believed that people are born, live and die. "What on earth am I here for?" -- you have to ask it before you leave this world. We are created. And someday, we have to return to our Creator. Our Creator has a plan for us... a good plan. But we rebel against Him and have gone astray. Our achievements in this world would never satisfy us... until we find and know who our Creator is. ... for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, ...
